Hi my name is Hannah. I am from Willoughby Hills, Ohio. My major is early childhood education and I hope to teach second grade. I enjoy playing softball and hanging out with my friends. A quality of mine that stands out would be my humor. I feel like I have this inner child living in me because I connect very well with kids. Helping people is a very important aspect of life that I would consider to be an essential part of my future. The book that represents this idea would be Chicken Soup for the Teachers Soul. “One mark of a great educator is the ability to lead students out to new places where even the educator has never been” is a quote from the book that relates to this idea. The service I chose was Gearity Preschool where I will assist the teachers in educating the students. When in the classroom, I hope for the teacher to allow the class as a whole to get to know each other. In the field of education, I am nervous I won’t be up to date on technology for the future generations in the classroom.
